GFMAM Directors

The members elect the board of directors. The duty of the directors is to the GFMAM and not to the member organization to which they belong. The number of directors is set by the members and as of 2019 is 5. The board of directors is responsible for managing the affairs of the corporation, to set direction, approve policies, and financial oversight. Paid staff members are not eligible for election to the board of directors. A director is elected for a two (2) year term and can serve a maximum of 3 consecutive terms.
